Hello everyone,
You can now view availability and book the halls on the website. The booking form is very similar to the paper forms you could get from the bar.
Select either the Large Hall or Small Hall booking button at the bottom of the Our Halls page (https://sighthillbc.co.uk/our-halls/)
You must be logged into the website to be able to view the booking form.
From there you will see the form and the calendar which displays the halls availability for all dates.
The colour guides represent the availability of the date as follows:
Blue: Selected date
Red: Fully booked on that day
Yellow: Limited availability
White: Available
As always payment must be made before your booking can be approved. Payment can be by any credit/debit card and the transaction is encrypted and secured using PayPal.
Cash payments need to be paid and booked at the bar.
All bookings are pending approval until we can confirm that the details you have given meet the criteria for booking the halls (certain birthdays and football related events are not permitted).
You will receive emails updating your booking as it is processed.
