ATTENTION ALL MEMBERS
There is a letter for each member of the Club in the A to Z box outside the members lounge.
I urge every member to get along and pick up their letter.

Any letters that are not picked up by next Sunday evening will be posted out.
There are a few proposals to be made at the WEBA AGM in March 2025.
These proposals will be spoken about in greater detail at a meeting on January 14th 2025.

Please note that on Tuesday 24th December the function hall will be open if members want to bring up kids etc.
This is also the case for Tuesday 31st December, where the is no official party but the club and function hall will be open.
We are having a New Years Day Party this year but please note there will be no entry after 16:00 on New Years Day.
EBA AGM
Is on Sunday and there is a proposal from EBA regarding the league structure. The current league set up is:
1st 16 divisions 1 to 5 – our 1st 16 are in div 1
2nd 16 divisions 1 to 3 – our 2nd 16 are in div 1
EBA are proposing a flat league structure where you would have divisions 1-8 with promotion and relegation.

Under the new format the 1st 16 remain in the 1st division. The 2nd 16 would be in division 5, based on finishing 2nd last season in the 2nd 16 1st division.
With promotion and relegation it could happen that the 1st 16 and 2nd 16 are in the same division where that would never happen under the current format.
