AGM

Dear members,

firstly can I thank everyone who has helped within the club over the past 2 years. It has not been easy. As you are aware we would have normally had an AGM in March but due to to circumstances it was not possible.

Due to the AGM hopefully going ahead in 2022 the management committee have decided not to have an AGM this year.

If you have any questions regarding this please speak to a committee member.

Stay logged in.

Some, if not all of you may have noticed that you have had to login to the website on each visit.

We’ve made a change to the login process where you no longer have to login each time you visit. The website should now keep you logged in for 1 year every time you visit. The next time you visit the site it will keep you logged in for 1 year from that login.

If you do not want to stay logged in to the website then you can logout after each visit if you choose.

I hope this helps everyone from tediously logging in every time.

New Post Subscription

Hello everyone,

I have taken the liberty of subscribing every member to the ‘Club News’ section of subscriptions.

This means that if there is a post that is related to all members then every member will receive an email to let them know that there is a new post on the website that is relevant to them.

Members can also ‘subscribe’ to posts that are related to Gents, Ladies, Juniors sections etc if they choose to from the subscribe link at the top of the website.

Although I have subscribed everyone to the Club News list so they don’t miss any relevant club related information, they can still choose to unsubscribe from these emails using the same subscribe section on the top menu. I highly recommend that you don’t unsubscribe so you don’t miss out on any important information that the club needs to make you aware of.

This will help save some members from receiving 2,3,4 or 5 identical emails as they are subscribed to 2,3,4 or 5 categories of the website.

Feel free to ask me (Robbie) any questions regarding this if it’s not as clear as I hope it is. 🙂

Thanks all.
